Nola Featherston

Nola Featherston, age 76 of Gatesville, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at her home.

Nola was born on November 20, 1944 in Clifton, to the late Zell and Nola (Toad) Brim Pruitt of Turnersville.  She moved to Gatesville, with her mother in 1959, after the death of her father.  She went to high school in Gatesville and graduated from Mary Hardin-Baylor College in 1969.  She married Kim Featherston in 1981 and they made their home in Gatesville.  He preceded her in death on January 30, 2017.  She loved music, enjoyed going on drives with her daughter and she was very creative. 

She is survived by her children, Amber and Randy; along with other relatives and friends.

When you are young, your greatest blessing is having a mother. But when you are old, your greatest blessing is having a daughter.
