Pamela Palmer Pack

Pamela Palmer Pack age 54, passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2023 at her home.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at Restland Cemetery, with her uncle, Rev. Joe Palmer officiating.

Pamela Michelle Pack was born on August 9, 1968 in Gatesville to Cheryl Rhodes Palmer and the late Cary Don Palmer.  She graduated from Gatesville High School in 1986 and was actively involved in many activities. She was loved by all at Gatesville High School where she was Junior Varsity and Varsity Cheerleader, President of her Junior Class, Secretary of Senior Class and voted “Class Favorite” her freshman, sophomore and senior years.  Pam was Baptized as a teenager at Live Oak Baptist Church.  She graduated from T.S.T.C. in Waco, with a certification as a dental assistant. She married Shane Pack on April 20, 1991.  She worked as a Dental Assistant for Dr. Crabtree in Dublin for many years.  They resided in Comanche, Midland and Abilene, where she spent the last 20 years helping others in the medical field.  

She was preceded in death by her father, Don Palmer, and a nephew, Cary Don Palmer.

Pam is survived by her husband, Shane Pack; mother, Cheryl Palmer; brother, Jarrod Palmer and wife, Stacey, Aaron Palmer and wife, Katie; mother-in-law, Brenda Caraway. Her nieces and nephew were the light of her life, Mattingly, Mabry, Virginia and Jesse Palmer.  She is also survived by a large loving family to include many uncles, aunts and cousins.
