Susan Camille Garcia

Susan Camille Garcia passed away unexpectedly on July 26, 2018. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 3, 2018 at Scott’s Funeral Home.  Visitation will be 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Thursday, August 2, 2018 at the funeral home.Susan was born on June 19, 1978, in Honolulu, Hawaii to David Zehr and the late Debbie Lee Taylor.  She grew up and attended school in Gatesville and Jonesboro.  After school, Susan started raising a family. This was one of the proudest times in her life.  She started Debbie’s Cake Box in 2008, where she made wedding and birthday cakes and many more treats.  In 2014, Susan started raising and showing Old English Bulldogs and Dachshunds.  Susan loved to dance and was always the life of the party.  Her biggest love was spending time with her family, camping, and fishing. Susan was very caring and had a big heart, no matter the person or animal. Susan was preceded in death by her mother; and grandmother, Susan Lee.Susan is survived by her husband, Simon Garcia; daughters, Baylei, Courtney, and Alisha; sons, Alex and Nicholas; stepdad who raised her, Nathan Adams; fur babies, Sadie, Kias, Oliver, and Allie; sisters, Amanda and fiancé, Leo, Roxanne, and Jennifer; brothers, Austin and Roger; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
