Sylvia Robles Cuellar, age 60, of Gatesville, went to be with her Heavenly Father surrounded by her family on Sunday, April 29, 2018.Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, May 3, 2018 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, with Fr. Timothy Vaverek officiating. A Rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday followed by visitation until 8:00 p.m. at Scott’s Funeral Home.Sylvia was born on February 9, 1958 in Del Rio, Texas to Osvaldo Cardenas Robles and Herlinda Martinez Robles. She married Charles Anthony Cuellar on July 16, 1977. They have lived in Gatesville for 24 years, where she was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. She worked at Central Counties Services (MHMR) in Gatesville, where she enjoyed working with the public. Sylvia had a loving heart that was forgiving and always looked for the best in everyone. She loved watching baseball and was an avid Texas Rangers fan. She was never a day over 29! Sylvia was known to say, “I’m not bossy, I just know what you should be doing.” She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Her favorite pass time was spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Juan M. Robles, Osvaldo Robles, Jr.Sylvia is survived by her husband of 40 years, Charles A. Cuellar; daughters, Vicky DeLaCruz, Terri Davis and husband, Mark, Becky Bishop and fiancé, Micah Stovall, and Christina Ressler and husband, Bobby; sisters, Maria Mejia, Guadalupe Meza, and Rosario Zuniga; brothers, Benjamin Robles and Ramiro (Joe) Robles; grandchildren, Justin Davis, Jinafer Coulter, Maira DeLaCruz, Dillion Diserens, Alana Davis, Lukas Bishop, and Liam Ressler; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends whom she loved with all her heart.
