Wayne McHargue

Wayne McHargue age 78, of The Grove, formerly of Gatesville, passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2018.Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, May 6, 2018 at King Baptist Church with Pastor Charles McKamie officiating.Wayne was born on February 2, 1940 in Mound, Texas to the late Lonnie and Gladys Marshall McHargue.  He grew up in Mound and graduated from Gatesville High School in 1958. He was a self-employed building contractor until his retirement.  He was a member of King Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Barbara McHargue; son, Russell McHargue and wife, Marcie; daughter, Angela Dickson and husband, Brad; brothers, Joe McHargue and Malcolm McHargue; and four grandchildren, Robyn McHargue, Ashley King, Jessica Dickson and J.C.
